Then Levi held a great banquet for Jesus at his house, and a large crowd of tax collectors and many tax collectors and sinners were eating with him and his disciples, for there were many who followed him.

Calling the Twelve to him, he began to send them out two by two, with the following instructions: “Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans.

When you are persecuted in one place, flee to another.

Jesus answered,
